EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Exchanges

We exchange items if they don't fit, but unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns or pre-paid labels. If you need to exchange it for the same item or have a return, send us an email at info@camposstore.com mentioning the reason why you wish to exchange it.

  1. The item(s) can be exchanged within 14 days from reception of the order. Once our team receives the items, we will ship the desired size/style within 14 days.

  2. For the item to be eligible to exchange, it must be in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, with the tags still attached and the packaging in very good condition.

  3. The exchange must be previously authorized by CAMPOS, who will provide you all the steps.

  4. Return and Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective CAMPOS shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange. Please ensure that all returned items are unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with. 

  5. CAMPOS cannot be hold responsible for any loss or damage made by the courier and is unable to offer a refund until the items are safely returned to our office.

  6. The exchange will be made within 14 days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met. 

  7. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Returns

  1. The item(s) can be returned within 14 days from reception of the order.

  2. For the item to be eligible to exchange or return, it must be in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, with the tags still attached and the packaging in very good condition.

  3. The returns must be previously authorized by the CAMPOS team by e-mail info@camposstore.com before shipping.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective CAMPOS will assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange. Please ensure that all returned items are unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with. 

  5. CAMPOS cannot be hold responsible for any loss or damage made by the courier chosen by the client. 

  6. The refund will be made within 15 days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.

  7. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Where this is not possible, we will issue a credit note to use online. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
