CAMPOS delivers parcels in Portugal and Spain via MRW and Europe via CTT.
We will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of CAMPOS. Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

De 3 a 8 de Outubro, será possível selecionar a opção Pick-up STYLISTA FALL MARKET - poderá levantar a sua encomenda, sem custos de envio, no nosso espaço (número 13) neste mercado de outono (com entrada paga), que acontecerá nos dias 9 e 10 de outubro na FIARTIL, Estoril,
Nota importante: as encomendas não levantadas, apenas poderão ser enviadas consoante pagamento dos portes de envio respectivos.
Orders of available items will be processed the following 1 to 7 working days of the order’s placement, upon confirmation of their availability and check of the bank transaction.
If the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the order will be shipped only after the payment is confirmed and validated on our bank account.
We ship from Monday to Friday. There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays nor on public holidays.
Pre Sale items
All pre-sale items are well identified, both in Size Information and in the Product Details. There's also a shipping prediction in Product Details - please note that the date may vary for a couple a days. Any doubts, please send us an email: email@example.com.
Shipping costs for each specific geographic area that CAMPOS ships to are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. CAMPOS is not responsible for the payment of these charges and they must be paid by the customer receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, CAMPOS has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives.
Please note that in case that if, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel or isn't available for receiving the parcel/doesn't pick up the parcel as requested by the courrier, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the pieces that are to be refunded.
We use CTT for International Shipping. We strongly advise to use an address where there is someome for reception during the day.
CAMPOS is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during shipping.
Please verify carefully all your shipping information before completing your order. CAMPOS cannot be held responsible for lost parcels/erroneous deliveries due to wrong address, phone, door number and/or other wrong shipping information.
