Right now our team is working from home and running CAMPOS' orders at the safety of our office when needed: once/twice a week.

Am i safe placing an order?

We're taking every precation recomended when taking care of your order. Yet, we recomend you to take the mail box to the trash after you take the pieces out, and then wash your hands.

 

I’m staying in – can I arrange a return pick-up at the door?

Right now we are not working with a pick-up service. We extended our return conditions: please send us an email, whitin the 14 days, and we will give you all the support needed.

 

Will I receive my order?

Our service is currently running as normal, and we ship your orden within 1-5 days.

 

Will my order be delayed?

Shipping might take longer due to local delays. Please check your tracking email for updates to your shipment and your local delivery service.

 

How can I return my order later?

Due to potential delays with couriers, we have extended the return window: please send us an email within the 14 days of return.
